Fate Therapeutics is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated research associate with a strong background in molecular biology and/or genome editing to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the discovery of novel cellular therapeutics. This successful candidate will provide molecular biology support for our discovery team efforts in the generation of gene edited iPSC-derived CAR-T and NK cells. Extensive experience with current molecular biology techniques used for the genetic engineering (CRISPR/Cas9) of human cells is highly desired. Prior experience working with iPSCs is also a plus. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills. This is a full-time position reporting to a scientist at the Company’s corporate headquarters in San Diego, California.
